Hi everyone Just thought I would add some of my tips(apologize if they have already been advised before) Instead of breadcrumbs i cruse up pork rinds,use these in meatloaf/meatballs and to coat fish before pan frying. Shrimp scampi,i make this using chopped cabbage(bagged coleslay no MAYO) fry up coleslaw w/ lots of garlic.Add some butter/cream/shrimp/cheese to your liking.Delicious,be careful not to add too much butter/cream & cheese as dont want too much fat Good luck Darlene
