Tapping

Tapping is a form of self-hypnosis and can be very powerful. I first learned about tapping by another name Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). It's a great tool to reduce pain and stress. 

Note: I often use the phrase "tap, tap, tap" on this blog. When I write "tap, tap, tap" I'm referencing Julie's concept to "push away" food cravings.

    Does anyone know what is wrong with Julie's blog. No new posts since 3/22/13 -- very strange.

    1. I don't know what's wrong with it. I just went there and tried to post a message. I get a white screen and my message doesn't post. I don't see the "characters shown to the left in the box provided" that I'm supposed to enter so they know I'm not a bot. Is that what happened to you as well?

  2. Theresa, a very good friend of mine (actually she is my mutual friend with Julie) is doing tapping therapy in Newton Ct with all the victims of that horrible tragedy.
