Sore Throat

I have a quick question: lo and behold I have a sore throat and am beginning to cough. GGRRRR! Don't have the time for this especially we have a brand new grandson born Feb 15th.

My question, what in the world can I take for a sore throat? or a cough drop? I am hoping to call the office tomorrow, but am hoping one of you will read this before and let me know. I would really like to take something NOW!!

I remember Julie mentioning Fisherman's Friend lozenges (the original flavor)

Yes, you can take Fisherman's Friend. I was sick for my last session and they told me to get them and that they are the only cough drops Julie reccomends :) Feel better!

Hi, April here. Hope you're feeling better and congrats on the new addition to the family. If anyone has time I would appreciate it if they could check out my comment and questions on the previous blog. I need some answers please. We had some people in our class who had gotten on the scale and Julie said she had to slow us down and "redo" those people and I'm afraid that caused us to forfeit some info. So if anyone has the scoop on the Navy and Marines - pls share. Many thanks.

  4. Hi April. I haven't been able to post or respond to any posts this week because I've been working long days this week. I'll gather my thoughts about the Navy and the Marines and I'll reply over the weekend.

Julie talks about this a little bit in her video, so you may want to view them:

April here - thanks so much Theresa - all she mentioned to us was that the Navy was in charge of "water" leaving the body and the Marines was the liver. She mentioned this at our first session and said she would talk more about them later, but she never did. As you know when you're in the sessions you don't really ask a round of questions or even really know what the protocol is for asking as before you know it she's done and gone. I know we can call with questions, but this is really concerning 2 entire topics. As stated, she went into great detail about the Army and told us about the Air Force, but I do think it was because she had to "slow us down" because someone had omitted to getting on the scale and I think this caused us not to get the full scoop about these two subjects. Whatever you can remember would be helpful.
