Back from Vacation

I'm back from my three week vacation of visiting friends in Holland, France, and Italy. I walked so much every day that my legs ached every night, but then I got up and did it all over again the next day!
On the shores of the Mediterranean, Ostia Antica, Italy.
Thank you Linda and everyone who contributed to this blog during my absence. Linda's great sense of humor and her "tell it like it is" style of writing was entertaining and right on point!

I promise to post stories about my discoveries and my journey soon.

Meanwhile, I just read Things to Do When You Find Yourself on a Plateau, which is a perfect piece to share with all of you as it uses "being a tourist" as a metaphor to stay on program. It's an inspirational read.

    1. Linda you did an incredible job posting and coordinating with others to keep this blog active while I was away. I mean it. Stop being so hard on yourself, we all loved your posts.

      Thanks again!

Glad you had such a great time and, like Linda, I am glad you're back in our corner of the world. Lot's of catching up to do. I am sorry I have been absent. I am really busy at work, but I'll be back!

So hard to view new layout. If it's not broken - pls don't fix it. Hard to navigate.

  4. I change the design on a whim then realized it's not mobile friendly and then I didn't have any free time to roll it back. In fact, I usually back up the design specs before changing it, but I didn't do that either. So, the site is back to being user-friendly for navigating, but the design is a little different.
