What about shirataki noodles? Can we have those? They are made from the konjac root.....

  1. When I asked Julie about the seaweed noodles, she reminded me that they are a dried, and nothing is to be dried. Now, I have no idea what these noodles are, so I would contact the office. But, if they are a dried version, I bet the answer is no. At least I wouldn't eat them until you contacted them-----

How about salad dressings? Is balsamic vinaigrette ok to have on program?

    3. Yes, salad dressings and balsamic vinaigrette both are on program.

One of the dressings I use the most is Marie's Coleslaw dressing. I buy a bag of angle hair cabbage (thinly sliced cabbage), add a half bag of shredded carrots and lots of black pepper, then toss and refrigerate.

Remember, we don't read labels, so don't worry if there is sugar in the dressing. Salad dressings are like ketchup, they are on program, but use them up within a month of opening the bottle.
