WFSB-CT Features Key Hypnosis

A group of us volunteered to be interviewed by WFSB-CT last week about our successful weight loss following Julie's Key Hypnosis weight loss program. The piece aired tonight (04/24/14).
Most of us brought photos of us at our larger size to the filming and their news article includes a slide show holding our before photos. The event was a lot of fun. The crew was caught in traffic, which gave us time to share our photos and stories with each other. It was incredible to meet so many who have successfully followed this program to reach their goal size. We enjoyed seeing Julie smile, as she heard each of us tell our story to the film crew.

I arranged ahead of time to take photos with Julie and my key-friends. I wish I had asked everyone if they wanted a photo with Julie, but that felt too invasive, so I only took photos of people I knew and of those who asked me to take their photo with Julie.

  1. It indeed was a magical moment. To the naysayers, I will pray. To those who do well, I will pray! My journey has been life changing. It is indeed a lifestyle. If you can live your life knowing that it IS a lifestyle, then you will succeed. Thanks for posting Theresa, and thanks for being a part of this journey! I have met some of the NICEST people through Julie Ann Kibe!

  2. You all look absolutely fabulous!!! It's amazing how this program works but I'm loving it. I can walk 2.5 miles before work, rake for 1 1/2 after work and still have energy for more! After some time on my feet, my knees remind me of the years I carried all the extra weight but they recover pretty quickly.

I'm flying for the 1st time in over 10 years next week. Although I am a little nervous because I've always had issues with seating I don't believe it will be a problem...definitely won't need a seat belt extender!

  3. Lynn,

Congratulations to you on your success and thanks for the kudos! As you can see in the photos, we all feel fantastic too!

When you board that plane, sit in your chair, and buckle-up, you will feel incredible. You'll be able to add another non-scale victory to your list: no longer needing a seat-belt extension, right after walk 2.5 miles, rake for 1 1/2 hours, and many other fabulous things that you can do now that you've lost so much weight!

Linda and I wrote a couple posts last winter about about weight loss and flying that you might appreciate:
