Key Progress

I had breakfast few friends of the Key Hypnosis contributors on Saturday and it was great to see everyone and how they have changed. I thought it would be fun to put up our other gathering photos.... woohoo!

    Wow, you guys look fantastic congratulations.... How long before you really noticed the weight coming off?? I'm impatient & my co-worker is losing quick already down 2 sizes in just over a month.... Me, not so much, just getting comfortable in my current clothes that had been tight:( Any good suggestions for me??? The program is really easy just like to speed things up!!

  2. Wow! Look at the difference since April!!!

    Anonymous: I have learned that my weight loss is slower than most people on this program. I am learning NOT to compare myself to others that are melting. Mine has been slow and steady. I have been on this since Oct 24, 2011 starting at a 24 and I have now just finally gotten into my first size 14 skirt. plus not all sizes are uniform!!!

    Follow the program and be patient! DO NOT compare to others, you will get discouraged and frustrated! We all loose at different rates. So many factors in our lives that are different. I am happy that the food noise is gone and that is what I think about, how I couldn't stop eating and now how I have to remind myself to eat.

    You will loose. I promise! around 2 months is when most people start to notice. That is when the compliments started.

    If you ever find out how to speed things up, LET ME KNOW!!!! LOL

    just stick with it, it WILL happen!!!

    Thank you for the encouraging words Linda... Your an inspiration as well as Theresa.. I love this blog it saved me several times from becoming frustrated.. I check in every day to see if there are any new post, it keeps me focused and reminds me it will happen just give it time!! Thank you again, you look fantastic....

  4. Anonymous - easy and fast are not necessarily synonymous. Given a choice between the two, I would choose easy. We aren't given a choice, but for most of us this program is easy. Some are lucky and they get fast and easy, but fast doesn't happen for all of us.

    If you keep following program the weight will come off.
