I am attending my first class with Julie on Thursday. I have just
finished my second and last class for smoking and it's working great,
since my first class I haven't smoked.
I was wondering if anyone else has done the smoking and food so close together.
I did the weight hypnosis in April, got down to my goal size in August and did the smoking hypnosis in early September (have been smoke free since). Keeping the weight off while being smoke free has not been easy and I have just started maintenance even though I could have 3 1/2 months ago. I would suggest you keep lots and lots of iced water with lemon and straws around you will not be allowed to have any gum, mints or regular cough drops once you start the diet phase. Good luck. How much is the smoking program? I want to tell my brother about the program. Is there a wait list?
